How it works

From checkout to your voucher

The same steps our checkout and payment page walk you through.

  1. Choose your vouchers

Pick how many you need and press Buy now. We ask only for your name, email and phone number — never your CELPIP login.

  2. Get your order reference

We create your order and show our Fonepay merchant QR with the exact amount to send and your order reference.

  3. Scan and pay

Scan the QR from any Nepali banking app, eSewa or Khalti and send exactly that amount — add your reference in the remarks if your app allows it.

  4. Keep the screenshot

Send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at +977 971-4232120 for sooner confirmation.

  5. Receive your voucher

Once we confirm your QR payment, we’ll email you the voucher code and VAT invoice.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Buying, paying and booking your CELPIP test — answered.

Is this a genuine CELPIP voucher?
Yes. Meta IT Learning is an authorised CELPIP voucher seller, VAT registered in Nepal, and every voucher we sell is a genuine CELPIP test voucher, redeemed on CELPIP's own website — you book with them, not with us.
Do I need to share my CELPIP login with you?
No. Checkout asks only for your name, email address and phone number. You book the test yourself on CELPIP's website and enter the voucher code there.
How much does the voucher cost?
NPR 25,000.00 per voucher, including 13% VAT (NPR 22,123.89 plus NPR 2,876.11 VAT). It is our live checkout price, recalculated on our server when you check out.
Who do I pay — Meta IT Learning or CELPIP?
You pay Meta IT Learning, once, through this website by scanning our Fonepay merchant QR. When you book on CELPIP's website, you enter the voucher code at the payment step.
How and when will I receive my voucher?
By email, to the address you give at checkout, together with your VAT invoice. We confirm QR transfers by hand, so your voucher is issued once we have checked your payment — not instantly. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then message us with your order reference.
Can I buy more than one voucher?
Yes — up to 5 in a single checkout. For a larger group, contact us and our team will arrange it with you.
Which CELPIP test is this for?
Tell us which one you need — CELPIP-General and CELPIP-General LS are used for different applications. Ask us before you buy and we will confirm what we can supply.
Can I choose my own test date and centre?
Yes. The voucher is payment, not a booking — you pick the CELPIP test you need, then a centre and a date, when you book on CELPIP's website.
What are the voucher's terms?
Validity, rescheduling and refunds are CELPIP's terms, not ours, and they change. Check them on celpip.ca before you buy, or contact us and we will point you to the current page.
Can your team help me book my test?
Yes. CELPIP test booking is one of the things our team does. Message us on WhatsApp or call +977-01-5911984 and we will walk you through it.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, with every purchase. We are a VAT-registered company in Nepal and the invoice is issued in your name, or your company's if you give us the details at checkout.
What if something goes wrong with my payment?
Always send exactly the amount shown — a different amount will hold up your voucher. If something has gone wrong, contact us with your order reference and payment screenshot, and our team will work out the next step with you. Our refund policy explains when a payment is refunded, and our terms and conditions apply to every purchase.
