Exam Vouchers Are Digital Codes #
An exam voucher is a digital code that we email to you once your payment has been confirmed. A code cannot be taken back once it has been sent, so an issued voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the cases below.
If Your Voucher Code Does Not Work #
If the exam provider rejects your code when you book, contact us with your order reference and a screenshot of the error. We will check the code and either issue you a working replacement or, if we cannot replace it, refund the amount you paid for that voucher.
If We Cannot Issue Your Voucher #
If we are unable to issue a voucher after you have paid for it, we will refund the full amount you paid for it.
Duplicate Or Incorrect Payments #
- If you pay more than once for the same order, we will refund the extra payment.
- If the amount you send does not match your order, we will contact you before issuing your voucher, to collect the difference or refund the excess.
How Refunds Are Paid #
Refunds are paid back to the bank account or wallet the payment came from. When we approve a refund, we will confirm the amount and timing with you.
