What is a Duolingo English Test Voucher?

A Duolingo English Test voucher is a prepaid code for the test. You buy it from us, then enter the code as your payment when you book on Duolingo's own site.

  • For the Duolingo English Test, taken online rather than at a centre.
  • Comes with a VAT invoice from a VAT-registered Nepali company.
  • You take the test from home, on your own computer, when it suits you.
  • Recognised by institutions worldwide — check your university's own list.

How it works

From checkout to your voucher

The same steps our checkout and payment page walk you through.

  1. Choose your vouchers

Pick how many you need and press Buy now. We ask only for your name, email and phone number — never your Duolingo login.

  2. Get your order reference

We create your order and show our Fonepay merchant QR with the exact amount to send and your order reference.

  3. Scan and pay

Scan the QR from any Nepali banking app, eSewa or Khalti and send exactly that amount — add your reference in the remarks if your app allows it.

  4. Keep the screenshot

Send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at +977 971-4232120 for sooner confirmation.

  5. Receive your voucher

Once we confirm your QR payment, we’ll email you the voucher code and VAT invoice.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Buying, paying and taking your Duolingo English Test — answered.

Is this a genuine Duolingo English Test voucher?
Yes. Meta IT Learning is an authorised Duolingo English Test voucher seller, VAT registered in Nepal, and every voucher we sell is a genuine Duolingo English Test code, redeemed on Duolingo's own site — you take the test with Duolingo, not with us.
Do I need to share my Duolingo login with you?
No. Checkout asks only for your name, email address and phone number. You buy the test yourself on Duolingo's site and enter the voucher code at payment.
How much does the voucher cost?
NPR 9,500.00 per voucher, including 13% VAT (NPR 8,407.08 plus NPR 1,092.92 VAT). It is our live checkout price, recalculated on our server when you check out.
Who do I pay — Meta IT Learning or Duolingo?
You pay Meta IT Learning, once, through this website by scanning our Fonepay merchant QR. When you buy the test on Duolingo's site, you enter the voucher code instead of your card details.
How and when will I receive my voucher?
By email, to the address you give at checkout, together with your VAT invoice. We confirm QR transfers by hand, so your voucher is issued once we have checked your payment — not instantly. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then message us with your order reference.
Can I buy more than one voucher?
Yes — up to 5 in a single checkout. For a larger group, contact us and our team will arrange it with you.
Do I need to go to a test centre?
No. The Duolingo English Test is taken online, on your own computer, wherever you are. Run Duolingo's own equipment and room check before you start.
Will my university accept it?
Many institutions accept it, but not all. Check your university's own admissions page before you buy — we cannot confirm it for you.
What are the voucher's terms?
Validity and refunds are Duolingo's terms, not ours, and they change. Check them on Duolingo's site before you buy, or contact us and we will point you to the current page.
Can your team help me use the voucher?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call +977-01-5911984 and our team will walk you through redeeming your code on Duolingo's site.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, with every purchase. We are a VAT-registered company in Nepal and the invoice is issued in your name, or your company's if you give us the details at checkout.
What if something goes wrong with my payment?
Always send exactly the amount shown — a different amount will hold up your voucher. If something has gone wrong, contact us with your order reference and payment screenshot, and our team will work out the next step with you. Our refund policy explains when a payment is refunded, and our terms and conditions apply to every purchase.
